Everything bagel chicken with garlic cream cheese sauce
I have come to the realization I can blog about whatever I want! It doesn't need to be photography related. Because my entire life focus is not on a camera. I have a few things I enjoy about life. One thing I love is to cook! I love creating recipes too. I am a huge bagel fan and I love chicken. So I combined my loves for this. I don't feel the need to write some crazy long story about a recipe and then proceed to write a life story about every step and ingredient. You can find the recipe below!
Everything but the bagel seasoning
2 chicken breasts sliced in thin halves
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/4 cup of heavy cream
6 tablespoons butter
salt + pepper
2 cloves fresh minced garlic
Season chicken generously with bagel seasoning on both sides
Heat up oil in large pan. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter per 2 pieces of chicken that you cook. Add chicken and cook until thoroughly cooked (165 degrees). Once cooked remove and set aside. Do not wipe out pan.
In the same pan chicken was made melt 2 tablespoons of butter to "clean" pan. Add garlic once melted. Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and stir. Once bubbling add cream cheese and stir until well mixed. Season with white pepper, salt, and pepper. Pour sauce over and chicken and enjoy!
